Avenue des Ebéniers, 41 – 1020 Bruxelles
This pleasure garden, designed by Elie Lainé in the area known as Donderberg, was used to cultivate flowers for the royal residences. In 1999, as part of its green network policy, Brussels Environment—which manages the site on behalf of the Royal Trust—launched a project to enhance the area and transform it into a public park with an educational focus. Now open to visitors, the gardens are among the most remarkable green spaces in northern Brussels. To complete your visit, guided tours of the small gardens on Avenue Ernest Salu are scheduled at 14:00 and 15:30. A private garden adjoining a modernist residence will also be exceptionally open to the public.
