Swing by Kanal’s bakery for breakfast cakes and pastries, sweet and savoury croissants, and a fresh selection of sourdough breads, all made with local organic flour. There are also hot and cold drinks and filled rolls and sandwiches for lunch.

You’ll find the bakery on the ground floor of Kanal, close to the central square and the Welcome room.

The bakery is run by head baker and pastry chef Alice Jaroszuk who, together with her team, also creates the dessert menus for Jeanne, Carrosserie and Kanal's rooftop bar. She trained at the Institut Paul Bocuse and worked in the Michelin-starred restaurants L’Air du Temps in Liernu and Atelier Crenn in San Francisco. In Brussels, she polished her craft at the bakeries Khobz and Goods.
