Restaurant Jeanne

Chef Aurélia D’Hollander and her team present a creative and refined cuisine centred on the richness of vegetables and plant-based produce. The tasting menu changes every season and plays with different textures, techniques and flavours – from fermentation and wood-fired cooking to aromatic herbs and flowers – always showcasing fresh and local ingredients. The drinks menu complements this perfectly, featuring natural wines, local gueuze beer, sake and other beverages, alongside homemade non-alcoholic creations and surprising pairings.

Chef Aurélia D’Hollander previously helmed the restaurant Frondes in Schaerbeek, having honed her culinary craft at the gourmet restaurant Ivresse in Uccle, Flamme in Saint-Gilles and at The Acorn in Vancouver.

The restaurant takes its name from the main character in Chantal Akerman's film Jeanne Dielman, 23 quai du Commerce, 1080 Bruxelles, which is set close to Kanal.

• A grand 6-course tasting menu at 95 euro.
• A smaller 4-course tasting menu at 75 euro, available only during the first sitting on Fridays and Saturdays.
