Rooftop
In Kanal’s rooftop bar, you can enjoy smaller dishes, signature cocktails and other drinks while taking in sweeping views of Brussels. From Thursday to Sunday, you’re welcome to stay until midnight, when the city is at its most beautiful. The rooftop is easily accessible from the showroom by lift or stairs.

To get to the rooftop, take the lift or stairs from the Showroom on the ground floor.

The menu features cocktails and mocktails made with Belgian craft spirits and homemade syrups. There’s also a choice of ciders and wines, locally produced lemonades and fruit juices, and a changing selection of craft beers from Brussels and the rest of Belgium. In addition, the rooftop serves sharing platters of cheeses and cold meats "du terroir", as well as other small dishes and finger foods like grilled toasts and homemade dips to accompany your tiple. Fancy a Kanal Negroni, anyone?
