In a traditionalist style infused with Art Deco influences, the building now houses an artists’ residence, whose grounds were landscaped by Erik Dhont. Through a careful interplay of planting, furniture and materials, the landscape architect has expanded the potential of these compact spaces, transforming them into a true extension of the studio. In warmer months, the inner courtyard and front garden become welcoming places for work and exchange among the resident artists. On 7 June, visitors will also have the opportunity to discover the work of Fatim Zahra Morjani, a committed and engaged contemporary artist.
