This visionary urban agriculture project yields more than two tonnes of produce each season, delivered directly to the store through an ultra-short supply chain. Tomatoes, carrots, strawberries, rare herbs and edible flowers grow side by side—cultivated without chemicals, irrigated with rainwater and sustained by heat recovered from the supermarket’s refrigeration systems. Every gesture here is guided by respect for nature and a commitment to biodiversity. Urban Farm is also an open-air laboratory, welcoming children and adults each week to explore the principles of permaculture through hands-on learning. It offers a living model for rethinking the urban habitats of tomorrow. This Sunday, Urban Farm invites you to a convivial gathering: a fresh, vibrant and locally sourced aperitif prepared with organic herbs from the garden, in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Children are welcome.
