Lovingly crafted: timber framing and picturesque nature
This event ran on 25.09.2021. But wait, there's always more at Kanal! Check out the calendar.
At the end of the 19th century, Henri Beyaert built this elegant house to have tea while watching the horse races at the Jette hippodrome. Horses don’t race here anymore, and the area has undergone urbanization, but the timber-framed building testifies to this splendid era, visible in every direction, overlooking a magnificent garden which gives way to nature. In this green universe called Natagora, the owners carefully observe plants and animals each day. The forward-thinking arrangements they have made over the years have resulted in impressive biodiversity. Visit this astonishing universe, lovingly developed by owners with a passion for fauna, flora, and old buildings.
