Through this poetic journey, Raïssa Yowali invites you to take a fresh look at the works in the A truly immense journey exhibition. An artwork carries stories within it, but it is also our way of looking at it that opens up a conversation. The artist proposes to question the way the works are presented and to shift perspectives by introducing outside creations into the exhibition: texts, sounds, film clips or podcast extracts. These elements all serve to connect what is happening inside the museum with the outside world, to complement, contradict or question the works, and to reclaim the institutional space.

Raïssa Yowali is a poet, playwright and cultural journalist. Her latest collection is entitled Les mille soleils de Busu Jano.
This guided tour forms part of the joint programme with Midis Poésie, which has been bringing poetry and literature in all its forms to Brussels for 78 years. Together with a group of regular artists, Midis Poésie organises a varied programme of workshops, performances and readings, tying in with the various themes of the exhibition A truly immense journey.
