Artwork Donations

Collecting artworks is the core of every museum. The KANAL Foundation has therefore set itself the goal of building up its own collection of modern and contemporary artworks. Besides financial support, we are of course interested in donations of artworks by Belgian and foreign artists.

Financial donations 

To carry out its artistic, educational and social missions, KANAL-Centre Pompidou can only count on its own resources. Do you want to support the creation of this new Belgian cultural beacon, both nationally and internationally? You can show your generosity by making a donation. Whatever the amount, you can be sure that it will be used to build up our own collection or to the educational and social activities carried out by the KANAL Foundation.

If you would like your donation to be devoted to a project in particular (the collection and/or projects surrounding the accessibility of art), don’t hesitate to mention it.

How to proceed?

This financial support is governed by the tax and legal rules applicable to donations in Belgium. The King Baudouin Foundation collaborates with this project, donations from 40€ will benefit from a tax reduction of 45% of the amount paid (Art.145/33 CIR).
