Following the example of General de Gaulle (or was it Churchill?) who in 1940 stated that a country that produces more than 365 types of cheese cannot lose the war, we will try, from the boudoir of a castle in the early nineteenth century, to combine patriotism and semi-firm pasta, as one would combine zoomorphism and the land, eroticism and colonialism.
