Features 

Box 1 covers 350 m2 and can host up to 378 guests for conferences and 150 for seated dinners. With its movable grandstand and AV and lighting equipment, it can be transformed into an auditorium or film theatre. Box 1 also has a dressing room and a backstage area. It is accessible via Sainctelette and through adjacent rooms on the ground and first floors.

  • Attached dressing room/backstage: 32 m2 – green room equipment: tables, chairs, sofa, storage, sanitary facilities, mirrors 
  • Adjacent: 2 interpreter booths + relaxation area

    • Conference: 378 people (grandstand deployed and appropriate screen size) 
    • Walking cocktails: 350 people (grandstand folded) 
    • Seated dinners: 150 people (grandstand folded) 
  • Access: direct public access from all entrances + lift (PMR) 
  • Ceiling height: 8.7 m 
  • Light: total blackout 
  • Fixed equipment: AV cinema + lighting and sound system (details available upon request), electricity points, internet connection 
  • Sound / acoustic authorisation: box-in-box – always max. 100 dB 
  • Ambient temperature: approx. 20°C 
  • Permitted floor load: 500 kg/m2 
  • Permitted suspension: tubes or trusses; 300 kg/m2 on 25% surface = 360 kg/lm rail on 25% surface = 90 kg/lm rail on 100% surface (to be confirmed upon request)
