Kate McIntosh studied dance and holds a master's degree in performance and creative research from Roehampton University. She lives in Brussels and teaches about performance at several universities. In her work, she explores the boundaries of performance, theatre, video and installation. Her performances focus on the physical presence of both the performer and the audience, the manipulation of objects and materials, and the creation of direct relationships with and between spectators.
