Taking the time to be totally absorbed by a work of art is becoming a rare occurrence in today's fast-paced society. Marjan Abadie developed her Mindful Art Experience method to invite the public to slow down. Using mindfulness, she encourages us to gain a more emotional and intuitive understanding of works of art. With a series of guided exercises, children and accompanying adults are invited to awaken their senses and connect with their emotions to discover immersive works in a unique sensory experience.
